      Actually, I don’t call myself a scientist!

The Osmium Zone is a bit different this year, designed for those of us who have studied physics but now work in different fields (for some of us, this still includes doing science, but not me) – so I was asked to be involved in this zone specifically. However, they couldn’t change the name of the name of the website to “I’m a person who studied physics but now do something a bit different get me out here”, so apologies if the title of the competition is not quite accurate for me – blame the organisers! 🙂

I’d describe my occupation as ‘science communicator’ rather than ‘scientist’.
