Aaron Boardley answered on 9 Nov 2015:
I moved to London this summer (for my new job), so the most exciting thing is exploring the new city – I’ve not lived in London before. I’ve got new flatmates to chat with, new shops to explore, new bars and cafés to visit, new parks to wander round – so the most exciting thing is that I never know what new adventure is around the corner!

I think that aside from getting ready for Christmas (I have a new baby niece and I can’t wait to see her experience her first Christmas tree!) for me, the most exciting thing is I’ve just had a permanent job offer! In academia, researchers work from contract to contract, and you never really know if you’ll be able to get a permanent job at the end of it. I’m very excited to be starting my new job in January! 😀
