Alzheimer’s is a disease which causes wasting of the brain, which damages the structure of the brain and affects how it works. There is no one thing that causes it, it’s caused by a combination of things: a mixture of genetic, environmental and lifestyle factors.

To improve you chances of not getting this disease, the best you can do is live a healthy life and try to keep your brain active!
